At North American Nutra all of our customers are protected by a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, just contact our customer care team before sending your return to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).

North American Nutra offers free shipping to our customers on orders over $100.00 - we ship all orders through the trusted United States Postal Service. All orders are trackable on their website: USPS.com
All shipping costs incurred both in ordering and returning products through Biocentric Health are non-refundable. This means that if you are returning product for a refund, you must cover the cost of shipping your return.
